Getting Serious about Losing Weight

I'm a 50-something who needs to lose weight. I will start by weighing myself in every morning. I need some accountability and some ideas about what to do. I know, eat less and exercise more. That's it. Hopefully this blog will help me stay motivated about keeping the proverbial hand out of the cookie jar and on the track.

My 35th High School reunion is coming up in July and I want to lose at least 10 pounds before then.
